Returns
Unused items purchased from FortisElite.com may be returned for a refund within 15 days of the original purchase date.
Once returned items are received and verified, we will issue a refund to the method of payment used to place the original order. Once issued, refunds take 5–10 days to appear on your statement. To check the status of your return, contact returns@fortiselite.com
You must include your FortisElite.com order number with your return.

If your item is damaged or defective, you may qualify for a free replacement.
You must provide photo copy of receipt showing date of purchase if through a store or an order number through an online sale through this site. All shafts come with a three month warranty, mesh comes with a six month warranty.
